1. Introduction

MetricsGo ("we", "our", "us") is a digital marketing analytics platform operated by DigyGo. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service at metrics.digygo.com.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: Email address, name, and password when you create an account.
Connected Platform Data: When you connect third-party accounts (Meta Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Business Profile), we access and store analytics data such as ad performance metrics, post engagement, follower counts, and reviews.
Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, and interactions within the application.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide analytics dashboards and reports for your connected accounts.
To sync and display data from Meta Ads, Facebook Pages, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
To generate PDF reports summarizing your marketing performance.
To authenticate and manage your account access.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS). We use row-level security (RLS) to ensure each agency can only access their own data. Access tokens are stored securely and are never exposed to other users.

5. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party APIs:

Meta Graph API (Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads)
YouTube Data API & YouTube Analytics API
Google Places API & Google Business Profile API
Supabase (authentication and database)
Vercel (hosting)

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Data is only shared between team members within the same agency account as configured by the admin.

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us. Admins can delete all data from the Settings page.

8. Your Rights

Access your data at any time through the application.
Update your profile and change your password in Settings.
Request deletion of your account and associated data.
Disconnect any connected third-party platform at any time.
